Shipping & Delivery
SleeveyWonders.com ships to all U.S. based addresses, as well as International based addresses*. In order to accomodate our customers and be flexible, SleeveyWonders.com has provided several shipping options for all levels of delivery. We endeavor to ship all orders within 48 hours, except on weekends and holidays.
Returns & Replacements
You may return new, unworn (except to try on) items purchased on SleeveyWonders.com within 30 days of delivery for refund, not including shipping or handling charges (if applicable). The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. A refund will be processed within 48 hours of receipt of the returned item and after we have confirmed that the item is new, unworn and in resellable condition. To begin this process, simply login to your account and view the order using the "Orders & Returns" link in the footer. We will notify you via email of your refund once we have received and processed the return item.
Wholesalers: Wholesale returns are subject to a $3-per-item restocking fee.
We will gladly exchange new and unworn items within 30 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges (please include the original purchased item(s) as wel as all the paperwork and reason(s) for exchange in the package) We will pay for thenew ground shipping charges to send your newly exchanged item(s). Free shipping is offered once per item per original order, so please inspect each item in your order and send all items that you ned to exchange at the same time. If the exchanged item still does not fit and you want ot exchange them again, we will issue store credit to your account upon receipt and the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.
An "even" exchange if for another item of equal value, however, if the newly requested item costs more than the returned item for exchange, then you wil need to pay the difference through SleeveyWonders.com before the exchange occurs. If you need to exchange a new and unused item, simply login to your account using the "Your Orders" link under INFORMATION in the footer menu and click the Exchange Item(s) button and follow the instructions. We will notify you via email of your exchange once we have received and processed the returned item(s) for exchange.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Sleevey Wonders uses PayPal to process payments. Sleevey Wonders also reserves the right to change the prices on the website at any time. If we have any special promotions please note that they would be for a limited time and only valid during the dates of the promotion.
SleeveyWonders.com uses USPS and FedEx as shipping carriers for domestic and International shipping. If you have a UPS account and would like to use that for the shipping carrier then please contact us first so we can input your account number during the shipping process. You can contact us via the form on the CONTACT US page or emal us at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to you completing your order. Please note: International orders may incur a duty tax.
Updating Account Information
If you already have an account but have not signed up on our new SleeveyWonders.com website before you will have to reset your password. Please go to the "Login" link located in the top right of the header and either create a new account or click on "Forgot your Password" and a new temporary password will be emailed to you. * Please note that due to security regulations we were unable to migrate previous passwords created. We apologize for any inconvenience.
